Information on how to pre-register with SwimBC / Canada
North Shore Masters Swim Club is now ready for SwimBC registration and will be ready to approve our Meet Package very soon! Still time is running out for us to be ready for our swim meet on October 19.
In an effort to speed up the registration process, we are asking those who wish to participate in the North Shore Masters meet on October 19 to review the following information and update anything that has changed since last year. New swimmers need to provide all of this information:
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone
- Date of Birth
- Email address
In addition, we are asking each potential meet participant to send an etransfer to [email protected] in the amount of $64.00 for their annual SwimBC /Canada membership. This step will enable us to act quickly to process memberships to enable you to register for the meet when the meet package is approved. (Thanks to the swimmers who have registered so far. It is a good start). The reason that this is important is that last year our meet sold out early. If we are not ready to register our members when registration comes available we could be left out of our own meet.
We will hold all SwimBC / Canada money submitted until the North Shore Masters Meet is sanctioned. If it is not sanctioned for any reason, we will return all funds.

As always, we need a lot of volunteers to run the meet. Thank you to all of you who have already offered to help.
As I write this note, we need:
- about 13 timers,
- 4 to 5 stroke and turn officials, and
- 4 to 5 for other jobs.
If you are able to help, please let me know at [email protected] so that I can put you on our volunteer roster for the meet on October 19 from 2 to 7 PM.

MSABC Meet Information
“Looking for MSABC Meet information? We will keep our website up-to-date with links to meet registration information and posted meet packages.
Please note that Swim BC will implement an interim sanctioning process, as the new Swimming Canada Registration system (REMS) currently lacks this functionality. This information will be communicated directly to Head Coaches and Meet Managers.
When Meet Registration information for swimmers becomes available, MSABC Communications will post it on our website and social media outlets.”
