North Shore Masters Meet Results

Many thanks to Hollyburn Country Club for hosting the meet this year and thanks to Khosro for managing the meet in a way that accommodated the maximum number of swimmers in the time available. Club Records setters included Tim P – 100 and 200 IM, Tyler G – 100 Free and Esteban T – 100 IM. As a team we placed 4th over all in the meet. We haven’t placed that high in a meet since 2018. The year that we won the provincials. Congratulations Team!

Harry Jerome Community Recreation Pool Opening?

This week a swimmer reported that he had been told that Life Guard Training will start in early November and the pool will be ready for some activity by the end of November. My friend Cappy, the Capilano River Otter said the water was still too calm for his liking. I also asked a CNV councillor when he thought it would open. He said that heard November 2026. Even though the election is over he promised to look into it further.
